Aleksandra Gburzynska strengthens our international network as a Partner in the field of tax law. With more than 12 years of experience in Luxembourg tax law, she provides comprehensive advice to both national and international clients on matters of direct and indirect taxation.

Her advisory focus lies particularly in the tax structuring of complex matters, ensuring tax compliance, and representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities as well as in litigation. A particular emphasis is placed on the tax structuring of fund vehicles and international transactions involving Luxembourg.

In addition, Aleksandra Gburzynska supports her clients in developing pragmatic solutions while taking into account international and cross-border tax requirements. She also regularly offers tailored training sessions in the fields of tax and business law.

She has a strong international network and is actively engaged in the tax community, including participation in conferences, publications, and professional contributions in the field of tax law, including IBFD.
