Gordon Kerr joins our team as a « troubleshooter ». As a former notary and lawyer, Gordon not only has in-depth knowledge of German real estate and corporate law, but also of insolvency law throughout Europe. He also has the necessary network to be able to work in almost any European country. His consulting services now also include practical advice on difficult corporate law disputes, the resolution of inheritance conflicts, and crisis consulting, including the preparation of restructuring plans and the deployment of interim managers to regulate possible liability scenarios. His particular strengths lie in :

• establishing corporate structures tailored to the client’s needs;
• finding “ways out of the crisis,” including an “orderly retreat” in the event of insolvency;
• resolving inheritance and corporate law issues;
• -structuring financing; and
