⚖️ EXHAUSTIVE AND LONG-LASTING COMPETENCE IN LUXEMBOURG INVESTMENT AND CORPORATE LAW WHY LUXEMBOURG? THE HEART OF EUROPEAN INVESTMENT VEHICLES !
Luxembourg is the leading Centre for regulated and un-regulated Investment vehicles in Europe and worldwide the number two behind New York (see the Legal 500-article under „Publications“ for more details). Despite economic uncertainties since 2022, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg remains very attractive for the structuring and the establishment of regulated and un-regulated investment vehicles. New fund products, adapted to the economic environment have been developped, structured and established. The decreasing and now – more or less – stable interest rates were helpful for new fund endeavours since 2022. Luxembourg’s global success in the worldwide fund industry during the last 40 years (since the introduction of the UCITS I-Directive on European Level) is based on political stability in the heart of the European Union, a place of an attractive and stable fiscal environment (regardless the governing parties). Furthermore, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg disposes of a first class and worldwide recognized Financial Supervisory Authority (Commission de Surveillance tu Secteur Financier – CSSF).
